Paying Your Tourist Development Tax Online Using TouristExpress
1.) How do I pay online using TouristExpress?
If you have an established Tourist Development account with the Pinellas County Tax Collector's office, register here to request authorization to file and pay your returns electronically. We will then send you a confirmation email with login details and instructions for adding tourist development accounts to your profile, so you can get started with your returns.

2.) Which methods of payment are available?
You can pay with the method of your choice – electronic check (E-check) or credit card. An E-check allows you to make secure electronic fund transfers directly from personal or business bank accounts, and there are no fees. Tourist
Express also accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Details on using E-check and other payment methods can be found on the TouristExpress main page.

3.) What do I do if I forget my password?
On the login page, click on the "forgot my password" link, a new screen will come up and you will need to enter your email address and submit it. You will receive an email with instructions.
