Change of Address
If you are a Florida resident and you change your address, you have 10 days to change your license or ID card. You may change your license by mail or at a State Driver License Office for $25.00. You may also change your address at the Tarpon Springs, North County, Mid County, Gulf to Bay, South County, and Skyway Tax Collector offices for $31.25. Proof of the change is required.

Replacement License
Replacement licenses and ID cards may be obtained at the Tarpon Springs, North County, Mid County, Gulf to Bay, South County, and Skyway Tax Collector offices. If your driver license is lost, stolen or destroyed, apply for a replacement immediately. Verification of identity will be performed by retrieval of digital image if on file, or a series of questions based on personal record. Fees vary from "no fee" to $31.25 depending on your circumstances.

Handbooks
Florida Driver's handbooks can be obtained at any of the State Driver License offices or the Tarpon Springs, North County, Mid County, Gulf to Bay, South County, and Skyway Tax Collector offices.
